It should be equally easy and predictable for everyone to use a system that is familiar and safe. That has been the fundamental thing throughout the entire process.
That said, the platform is based on Norwegian conditions, operating costs and prices. Norway is a vast country and it can be far from A to B. In addition to this, a minimization of platform and booking costs that often go through 3-4 stages before the customer pays.
